    Wow! Apparently box fill was not a concern there. Try getting a blank cover on that thing. I'm not so sure about OSHA, but the code inspector would have a field day with that mess.

    dont laugh... SamIV and I found something similar to that on a 30k hanover outdoor line voltage system we removed. Total mess... some fixtures had zero volts.. some had 110 and some were shorted and getting 208.
