Husqvarna Zero Turn and lots of smoke!

I have a question for you guys here. I just purchased a new Husqvarna MZ5225T zero turn today and after arriving home I began to cut a yard and as I started up an incline in the yard it immediately bogged down and a large cloud of white smoke filled the air behind the mower. As I again started up this same small hill the same thing happened actually causing me to exit the mower thinking perhaps it was on fire because there was so much smoke. After thinking about things I checked the air filter to find some oil on it and afterwards checked the dipstick to see that it was very close to if not over the full mark. My guess is that there is too much oil in the machine and as I start up an incline it makes it to the carb??? Please give me your opinions here because needless to say I am a bit concerned because this is a one day old machine. Thank you all for your time.

I'm no Mechanic but that was my first thoughts. Have you called your Dealer and talked to him about? The Mz is a good machine I started my Bizz on an EZ and still Run Husqvarnas Today.

I contacted them and he said to bring it right in but my schedule didnt allow for that today. He told me he will set a new filter aside for me and to relax alittle, I wont hurt it. I continued to cut with it, finishing the yard I had started and it did seem to smoke less often as I continued, probably burning the extra oil???

the best anyone can do is guess as we can not see the unit. My guess is either you have a really steep hill pushing the oil into the breather or your oil was overfilled. I would take it to the dealer with a photo of you standing on the hill that caused this.
