i had a suprise visit today by the Excel Hustler Director of Engineering Brian Nebel!

it's always great to put a face to a name, what a super nice guy.

it's impressive when people like Brian are dedicated enough to stop in, while on vacation, and visit to see how things are going.

i've read numerous posts where the Hustler people have gone out of their way to meet a customers needs!

i recently took on Hustler, and it's the little things like this, that mean a lot!

    Great to meet you Brian!!

Got to give the man a lot of credit, it's not very often that someone in that position would go out of their way to check in with a dealer to see how things were going. I would say that gives Hustler a big plus in the service area.

I had Royce (engineer) with me today calling on a couple of customers.
The way Hustler works and treats there customers and dealers is second to NONE !!!

All those nice vibes might be true but, I CAN tell you they're showing up everywhere around here. I can also tell you that when I'm in the market for a Z, they're in the hunt.
