plan on buying either a walker or hustler z due to dealers available.Leaning towards hustler because I don't have to catch besides spring + fall cleanups. Anybody use the hustler bac vac on a z? Dealer says $ 2300 for bagger, which i'm sure we could negotiate, but for a couple K is it worth it? any after market baggers fit? I checked for previous threads, nothing showing. thanks for any possible help:blob3:

The bac-vac that is offered on the Hustler Z is the identical to the one we have been using on the model 2500 for several years.
The only differences are the wieghts and mounting brackets.
    It works excellent.

thanks mower consultant, although you may be a little biased:D hustler is new in my area, not too familiar with entire line yet.Machines look very well built,i demo next week,if it performs as good as it looks I'll be happy.

i got a walker 48 ghs and hustler sshortcut with bac-vac also
I love them both the walkers finished cut is better when \
bagging. The shortcut mulches leaves great for fall cleanup
and couldnt imagine not having it. i put a 54 side discharge\
in summer and it cuts great- very compact with 23hp kawi.
my bac-vac is not the heavy duty one but wish mine was
stronger bwcause it really grinds the clippings up and is
    easy to dump.
