    It's still very tight. I hope they listen someday and make it more robust and more room for wiring. However their outdoor case gives you ample room for spare wiring

    This happened to me last week. New customer as of last winter. He walked the property with me and was very happy with the work. Someone last year installed a new Pro C.. He mentioned that he wished he could have access through his phone... I started telling him about the faceplate swap because it's a new controller and about a flow sensor. He seems super interested .

    At the same time I haven't done a faceplate swap yet.. And a flow sensor would require extra wire in the system. The rachio sounded even like a better option

    Do you guys charge your customers for having the service, or just charge when get a notification that a repair or service is needed at their location??
