I have a Parker Ross Wheel motor on my Scag Turf Tiger that is leaking from the outermost seal. Does anyone know if the seal can be replaced without removing the motor from the frame? I would like to pop the seal out & replace it. Can it be done?

Not likely......and my experience has been that the seals only go out when the bearing fails, so bearing would need to be replaced. I had an experienced hydro shop do two for me and both failed in less than a year. The shaft that runs in the bearing usually gets damaged and it is much to costly to replace. But good luck.
