I'm look at a used skid sprayer,, specs as follows >

HyPro Pump (centrifugal , stainless guts)
    300ft hose
    Elec hose reel
    Honda 5.5hp engine
    200 gal tank
    2 guns

Everything works but the unit does show signs of wear,,but only what is to be expected,,I forgot to ask it's age,but for a minimal use unit I think it has plenty of life for me.

    Price $ 1000.00

Sound like a good deal? Please list anything I should look for while inspecting a used unit.
    Thanks in advance

Things I would check would be the bearings on the pump (any wiggle room), and condition of the hosees, and fittings. I would also be concerned with was sprayed with the tank. If is was used for weed control I may replace the polyethelyne tank and hoses before I used it for tree and shrub apps.

If it passes the inspection list stated by sodking, it sounds like a decent deal. Be sure you check for freeze damage with a wet test. Honda engines are hard to beat. New price would exceed two grand.

Hypro's are good pumps. Lesco sells parts and they are very easy to work on.

Where is zone 7/8? If you don't want it I will pick it up.
