We have two Scags one is a Tiger Cub 19/48 and the other is a Turf Tiger. Our Scag have been great all we have done is routine maintenance and replaced a few belts.

Thank you very much for your input. I love it.but some people say , 19 HP is not enough power, I did not cut any grass until now with it but I am thinking 19 hp more then enough
    thanks again

A 19 Kawi will be adequate for a 48-in deck. Is this the Scag you posted a thread about a couple of week ago? If so looks like a great deal:drinkup:

Looks like a nice machine Guven. Scag seems to be a very well built unit, you should get many good years of service out of it. And like Bill said, 19hp will be fine. I have a 21hp Kaw on a Snapper 52" Z and I just mowed a ton of brush with it two weekends ago, never skipped a beat.

    Good find, congrats!
