I know this is hard to asnwer but I was wondering if this was your estimation how much would you charge? Remove leafs , trim shrubs and tress , add mulch to existing mulch. I guess my question is more what is your minimum for a big spring cleanup?

All six yards combined are less than an acre.
Actually mowing time on turf with a decent self propelled could be done in a couple hrs. Now figure in trimming, edging ,blowing, plus drive time.
If your season is 25 weeks, each lawn averages $26.25. If you hustle get 2 per hr. So ballpark figure your grossing $52.50 per hr. Can you live with that ?

    ??
    Minimum for a big cleanup??
    How big is your big?
Our minimum for a small cleanup is $250. Around 20,000 sqft.
You can't just ask a question like above and expect a useful answer.

I bought mine in like new condition so I can't say how that timecutter runs or mows, but I put 500 hours on my timecutter ss5000 and has ZERO ISSUES. Mine ran the kawi motor, mowed the yard well if you kept the blades sharpt, and honestly it did amazing for my first 2 years of part time lawn care. I've not moved up much either, i'm currently running a hustler raptor SD 54" and a 30" timemaster. I have 28 accounts and this setup is ideal for me.
