    I am a small company bidding on a big job(at least a big job for me), my problem is I am not licensed to do the weed and feed part of the contract so I will have to sub that part out. To all you weed and feed guys what would you charge for the following properties to and I quote the contract:

    "Use a two-step application: first a slow-release granular fertilizer;
    second, use a low volume liquid weed control."

    the size of the properties are
    165,000 sq ft
    30,500 sq ft
    10,500 sq ft
    111,500 sq ft
    172,000 sq ft
    57,000 sq ft
    77,000 sq ft

    What would you charge for each of these.

    To many variables. It really doesn't matter since you are subbing it out and they are the ones doing the bidding.

    I would sub the whole thing out! bid it at $5 per k and sub it out at $4 per k. if I was contracted to do just the weedcontrol I would charge my regular price then subtract the cost of the fert because it would take the same time as doing both.
