Does anyone have any suggestions for the ideal length to keep 10 acres of creeping red fescue turf cut to.

The turf is in a mild climate, not irrigated, and mown every 2 weeks.

    Thanks

I am not an expert but would recommend you not cut it lower then 2.5", I feel 3" is much better when the lawn is mowed every two weeks and not watered. If it is cut lower then about 3" in semi-dry conditions it will burn out. I am speaking from limited personal experience, not scientific study.
