$100/hr we have done on some jobs but to keep steady work it’s difficult in a competitive market. For 1 person maybe a 2 person crew it could be done if you find someone good and pay them 75k/yr.
Yet another miraculous rags to riches success story like ole Mr. 35DollarLawns.This was you back in January.
So in only 3 months you've gone from "pitiful and pathetic" to big successful business man?
Wow and you say other's have insecurities.![]()
That guy still lives and mows. Saw him on a FB group a while back.Yet another miraculous rags to riches success story like ole Mr. 35DollarLawns.
(Who by the way, met the same fate as CITY PARK CON.)
Still running with a fleet of Ford Rangers? That guy still lives and mows. Saw him on a FB group a while back.
Not sure. Still makes the outrageous posts and gets called out.Still running with a fleet of Ford Rangers?
Sometimes people need to hire the cheaper guy, then realize “I should have had a v8!”What's with this 'boomer' talk? I see more and more people use this reference. Someone thought your prices are high, and maybe they are, and you're going to make a post to insult their entire generation on the internet? Why not use that energy to sell your services to someone else?
Sometimes people need to call around and get different quotes to realize your prices are fair or, alternatively, outrageous...
Did it ever occur to youNot sure. Still makes the outrageous posts and gets called out.
No way I could do $100 an hour after paying labor. That's what I bill for after materials gas and what not. That way when I do hire some schmuck for $25 an hour who works half as fast as I do, I can still bank $50 an hour or 100k a year per idiot.$100/hr we have done on some jobs but to keep steady work it’s difficult in a competitive market. Why are you so disappointed my business has grown? Could it be more insecurities from an old man? This was you back in January.

I'm building a business though, not a job. Thinking mid to long term here. You also can't scale with just one person i.e. myself. If the employee can only gross $50/hr not even worth it. Keep doing it on your own
You're going to have a hard time scaling anything.I'm building a business though, not a job. Thinking mid to long term here. You also can't scale with just one person i.e. myself.
Scalability is very important....💵💰🧱Nobody’s scaling anything in my area in this labour market. Applications dried up completely and $25/hr cad not enough to get someone.
got my hands on pricing from one of the big construction companies in my area, $74 for general labour, $85 carpentry and $105 for manager time
So a general labor earns $153,000 yearly in Canada? What is they're take home pay after socialist taxation $55,000?Nobody’s scaling anything in my area in this labour market. Applications dried up completely and $25/hr cad not enough to get someone.

Was posted by angry customer on google review. They decided to make their hourly rates public. I post mine on my website, but people don’t like the rates to be known
