Well even though its snowing here today i got a phone call from the add in my paper to go do an estimate on a weekly mow account.I went and when i got their i was greeted by a very nice lady and we proceeded to talk.
Her lawn was 15480 sq ft which i quoted her a price of $40.00 a week for and she said NO thats not enough lets make it $50.00.
Then she asked me if i would do a spring clean up which i said it would probably fall between 150-200 and she said how about we call it 175.00...OH and can you do my mulch for me this year and also what about plowing maybe you can do that for me next year also!!!
I was like wow the custome from heaven :weightlifter: See all i need is the calls,i will close the deals and i also just figured out it dont matter what other people are charging the only thing that matters is that you and your customer are happy about the bottom line! She loved me and thats why it was so easy to close the deal...its called building rapport.
