I'm looking to incorperate or join an LLC. I already have liabilty ins. I'm basically starting out even though I've been mowing for sometime (in my neighborhood). Which would best suite me now and if my business becomes large? Have any suggestions? Thanx.

Try They have some great information and definitions of all services. Try looking st your States web page. They usually have a section on starting a new business along with all the info you need to operate in your state. Hope this helps.

My suggestion is to speak with an accountant and they can give you the upsides/downsides to both. jmy.02

I strongly suggest you spend the money and sit down with an attorney and/or a CPA for an hour.

Before going, draw up a list of questions you want answered. At first, I thought incorporating was the way to go years ago. After an hour or less, my business attorney sold me on the idea of setting up an thing I ever did too btw.

Do you pay SS and MC on all of your income with a LLC or just your salary?
