I've been wanting to clean the underside of my deck but I was wondering if I use plastic car ramps. Can I cut mower off and be ok. I didn't know if I left it at an incline OFF if oil or gas would mix or leak. Is this safe?

I jack my Scag up until it touches in the back. Won't hurt a thing. Once you have the mower in place, set the parking brake. Gas isn't going to "leak" into the oil and oil isn't going to leak into the gas.

How do you get your blades off to be sharpened? The mower has to be inclined to do that. Just do it the same way.

Yeah, Ive had mine nearly vertical a couple times, wont hurt a thing, just make sure the gas cap is on tight.

yeah i agree with everyone else and if your worried about oil in the crankcase just let it settle for a little while to even back out.
