I would like opinions on this mower. Is it considered part of the "Tank" line? It looks to be built tough as heck, but I am only going by pics. It seems reasonably priced. Does this rank up there with the Tank or is it better? Any and all opinions and info wanted. Thanks to all!

    They are great!

What is that down there at the chute?

Does it have some sort of blocker accessory or something?

Yea, I'm not sure what it does. Does this show it? I'm not sure what I'm looking at here.

This is a used model I'm looking at in the pics I posted above and below.....

Cub Cadet M60, 2005, 25 hours, used for the owners residential lawn. The same will apply to me when I get a mower. He has the mulching blades, the factory blades, 54" plow, snow tires on 2nd set of rims, Foot pedal controlled grass discharge blocking plate, light kit, etc. I think he wants $6,800.

I have 1.8 acres to mow on my residential lawn. I dug around on this forum and many say the cut from this mower is unreal, does great stripes and is built like a tank. OPINIONS???

2005 with 25 hours and a bunch of extras and all looking like brand new --- for $6,800 . I'd say for a M-60 this is about as close to a steal as one can get.

    I have a M-54 and I don't think you will be sorry.

It looks like the 25 HP Kawasaki engine on this one or is it larger ?

If you'll use the snow plow then maybe, but until the they came out with the '07 model a m60 brand new was $7,200. I like the chute blocker. Those year tanks weren't very quick machines but they cut very good. I have one that I use to mulch my finer yards.

Love my m-60 but im going to sell this winter due to my dealership. They let the best sales manager go this spring and took what used to be great service for the lcos to absolutly shitty service. no complaints with the machine though i love mine and hate to get rid of it. good luck

Actually, it's a 2006. Yep, it has the 25 HP Kawasaki engine.

Some other questions... I don't think the 3 year warranty is transferrable to a new owner? As I mentioned I'm cutting my personal yard with this. Do you think this would stop you from buying it?

I love the extras he has and would actually use the plow and snow tires. Wonder what that cost. I think he said around $1,100?
