HOw many of you include insect control with your program plans and how are ytou factorig its cost if you do? Interested to know, I have surface insect control as part of the program but only on an AS NEEDED BASIS, not budgeted for every lawn. However, I see some who don't include it at all, and take the gamble of selling post damage. Not something I particularly want to deal with even though sometimes on an as needed basis its caught after some minimal damage has occured. Interested in how many of you go about handling this dilemma as well. Thanks for some input!

  2. I don't include insect, it is an extra cost and an upsell.

I also don't like to put down unneeded chemicals.

I have a "comprehensive program" I sell that includes it, as needed, and an "basic program" that does not include it.

Of course I price my comprehensive program to cover the possiblity of treating surface inscects. This is how Scotts does it also.
