Dipel is a biological worm killer registered for edibles without harvest restrictions. Control takes about 3 days. Lots of damage can happen in that much time. Pyrethrins will do the job real quick and many are registered for edibles with little or no wait before harvest. We use one called Evergreen from Wilbur-Ellis Co. (Northwest USA).
