    We were hit hard!
Stole whole Isuzu truck with 2 walk behinds, 2 hondas, blowers, trimmers, hedge trimmers, everything Stihl makes pretty much... and 35 years worth of tools. Yea, my whole toolbox...

    Found truck following Thursday.

Just wanna know a time estimate for expecting a check.

Wouldn't your insurance company be a better option for that answer???

    I've asked. No answer.

Keep in mind that they're in the business of limiting exposure, litigation, and mitigating loss.

They are familiar with this situation.. they can delay(investigate) long enough to make a cash strapped business desperate, then give them a lowball offer and call it "replacement cost after depreciation".

call the state insurance commision and ask them what are the time limits .. as for depreciation , it sucks but part of doing business as its bening used , your supposed to put money in the bank for replacement and you should be able to claim the loss on your taxes . at least they found the biggest expense part ( the truck )

I would guess sometime between 2020 and 2050 unless they can find a way to deny the claim :)

At least they didn't take that jug of dirty oil it looks like? Sorry, hopefully they pay out. I'm sure you have noting to worry about if it's legit, they will take their time though.

If that's ALL your stuff you need to go get a loan and replace your stuff
Then when the insurance company makes a settlement offer your back up and running and you have time to decline lowballs.
If you even think you insurance co would do that you've bought low level insurance and are trying to pay as little as possible
You get what you pay for.
Negotiate the insurance check to pay off your Sheffield/yard card for replacements

they will take their time , making you need the money to get back to work , then they will offer something low , if you are desperate you will take it .
