insurance help Michigan

    Can you guys give me some info about paying taxes, unemployement, workmens comp. etc. and how much i'm looking to pay out for these expenses?

    I can give you rough estimates. Expect to pay 15.3% self employment tax (social and medicare) if you turn a profit plus your federal and state. Take approx 6% for employee unemployment up to I believe it's now $7,000. Work comp I had quoted at about $900 for a dummy policy which covers up to the first $9,000 of emp. wages.

    I never got any further than quotes, but this should give you an idea somewhat.
