I have not had to purchase new blades in a while and I went ot the dealer the other day to get some. I got Gators for $16 per blade for my 34". They have ripped me off before. Is this a good price?

Prices do vary per blade, I pay 11 each for my high lifts on my 48", $35 for 3.

16 sounds kinda high but I will say if this dealer has ripped you off before, it's time to find another one BUT - If he charges everybody $16 for that blade then I can tolerate it easier than if he charges some more than others.

I paid $11 each for gator mulching blades and regular mulching blades on my Hustler. I paid $16 for a blade on my 21" Toro. I think $16 seems a little high. If you found them for $13, you could buy 2 McChickens and a frie with the cash money you saved.
