Guys I was just wondering if it was to late now to go after commercial accounts. I do mostly residential and foreclosures but would like to get in the commercial market. I have always heard that most guys get there contracts in December so is it to late. Thanks guys for any info.

I have never heard of companies signing contracts that early. Here in Michigan there is snow on the ground so you cant even see the property you will be serving so it is a shot on the dark. Not sure about other states that don't get any snow in the winter months. I guess it is possible though. Maybe a contract that a company had previously and they already everything about it. Call the property managers you are trying to get a hold of and ask it wont hurt. Just my .02 Cents.
