Not zts, higherish hours, wobble sticks, older machine but cheap enough to pay cash and not take a massive hit if i hate it? Fair price? Any info on this specific machine?
I'm not digging foundations, just scratching out patios mostly in yards with 4' gates and loading wheelbarrows. Was looking to buy a tb016 or similar next year.

Looks like a painted up gray market machine..wait for an auction to come up and snag one. Thats probably a sub $6k auction machine.

That's what I was thinking, is it a "5k better than a shovel" or 7.5k. What's grey market? I work in that town all the time so a test drive is easy. Maybe even throw him $100 and rent it a day

5k is tops. I see the little Kubota 008's for 10 with low hours.

I have a 93' 320 bobcat that is handy as a shirt pocket. 38-1/2 in wide.
Fixed tracks, open cab. Paid 6k with 1540 hrs, has 3850 hrs now and i have replaced some pins, hoses, tracks and the water pump.

Small price to pay for the 2310 hrs of working alone.

I put 100 to 200 hrs a year on my skid steer, I don't see this getting worked more.

He says firm but I'm a b@ll buster, I'll call and offer 5 sight unseen. Then if he's interested I'll go check it out

I had a similar deal with a caterpillar 301 that I'd seen in a guys front yard. He wanted like $7k for it..

I finally decided that $7k would make a nice down payment on a 5ton mini ex that I could use a whole lot more in a lot more ways..
