is this a good price

    I own a landscape businees know with 90 accounts,but i want to get bigger I was offered to buy 50 good account ranging from 30 dollars all the way up to 100.00 all residentail accounts .He say he grosses about 50,000 a year,and is selling it for $15,000 do you think that is a good price

    That sounds like a fair price if they intend to stay with you. That's less 10 weeks of paying them off, then you start making money on them. It all depends on how quick you need to grow to add these accounts. If you need them all at once, then sounds like a deal, otherwise, slowly add them on with your own marketing, and market the area they are in heavily.
    I have no experience with buy outs, so take my advice for what you paid for it.
