No, that is not a starter relay.
That is your voltage regulator. It has failed and causing the no charge condition that you mention on the other thread.
You may have a shorted stator, as well.
is this word correct "stator" or did you mean starter? Thanks for the reply!!!
Yes he ment the charging system stator located under the flywheel.
Does this also prevent it from starting? Because it would start up until yesterday.
It will not keep a engine from starting unless the battery went dead because the charging system was not working. Now do you want to post what this engine is doing or any sounds ect. when trying to start it ?
When I try to start, I hear a slight click. Thats it. If I leave the key in the ON position it will click every 4 seconds.
