First off, whats an edgit? Wher can I buy/see a pic of one???


Also, Is it alright to trim/edge with my new FS85, by holding it on its side, will this do any harm?

www.edgit.com . Trimmimg on the side won't hurt it. That's why the machine is 2-cycle, so, it can be held at various angles and still run great.

To answer your question on the edgit, don't get it. I tried one on someone's trimmer, Not for me.

On the turning a FS85 on the side. GO FOR IT. I have been holding mine upside down to edge for 3 years now. No problems except for when the fuel gets real low. Only ones that might have a problem is the 4-stroke that may not have sufficent oiling due to being upside down.
