Is Your Maintenance Facility a Junk Yard?

    In his latest column, Golf Course Superintendent Ron Furlong writes: "A safe way to determine if your maintenance facility is presentable is to imagine each and every day that the most important person at your facility is going to stop by. Are you ready for them?"

    So, how important is it to keep your maintenance facility looking clean and free of clutter?

    I think, like any other industry, etc., keeping a clean, neat and tidy "facility" is always a good idea...keeping such an area presentable is a good reflection on the person in charge and, if it needs to be in order in case someone stops by unexpectedly, then why not keep it that way all the time?

    just my opinion, of course, but I believe keeping it "presentable" at all times is your best choice :waving:
