I need help in planting some jasmine for a customers landscape bed. We are going to keep it cut and manicured. How far apart should I plant these plants?

It just depends on how fast the customer wants coverage.

And the size of the plant that's being installed.

Likely either star jasmine or night blooming. Both are shrubs: night-blooming is more vertical and the star wants to scramble in all directions at once.
