jd f935 yanmar engine help

    OK hear is my problem i have a JD f 935 with a yanmar engine but i cant seem to get it to start the mower has been setting for about 5 years i also noticed it seems like there is diesel in the oil i have checked the glow plugs and they are all working i have bleed the lines and nothing yet any help would be nice

    Is the push/pull selenoid opening and closing the fuel rack? If the machine has been sitting for that many years the linkages could be froze.

    yes the selenoid is working fine

    crack the fuel lines at the injector and turn it over, be sure there is fuel.. if there is unhook the glow plugs and huff it with ether and it should fire.. I would either drain the old fuel from the tank or dilute it with clean fuel if there's not much in it... After you get it running I would reccomend some fuel treatment the first few tankfuls..
