I'm not a very big fan of gravel, but it looks pretty nice.

In the first two pictures - did you consider putting in a pop-up drain? Looks like there are some water problems there.

Overall, it looks really good, though.

I am not a gravel fan either. Its popular around here though. There is a vast improment in the landscape there.

Pop-up drains would have been better I agree. There was budget restrictions so the pop-ups got put off. They were dead set on improving the landscape this year. I did make seams in my landscape fabric at those points whenever they decide to do it.

Rock is really popular around here. The shadow stone I used looks really neat up close.

Personally, I like cut edges, and mulch.

I do like mulch better but the you did a very good job and the house looks much better with those nice clean lines.

Maybe try pulling the weed growing up in the front step pick

The weed is gone, I just shot some pics before the rain came. I asked about the side-walk, and they said they'd clean it. I also wanted to replace the steps out front as they have sagged and will probably need to be replaced in the future.

What is that border you are using? Curbstone? I usually do clean edges too, but I have a customer that is asking for that concrete/stone edging look you have.
