Ever since I replaced the blades on my JD 14SB to gator blades when I turn OFF the blade engagement it makes a weird sound and I can bearly hold on to it because it vibrates so much. Any help?

P.S. My mower only makes a weird sound when blade engagment is not on

The gator blade may be too heavy for the blade clutch. Also gator blades have a lot of edges to catch air. It is like blowing air over a soda bottle mouth. Last summer we had a mower in the shop that screamed so load it would make your ears bleed when you turned on the blades. Turned out to be just the way air was catching the old wore out blades.
