Anyone run them? I have talked to a JRCO Rep about it and they do not recommend it because of the lack to traction the dethatch gets to get into the grass, I have seen a couple guys running them, but am wondering if it works just as well on a stander/wb as a ztr?

BTW, before I get any crap, this is posted in the CORRECT section, dethatching is included in our spring clean-ups...

    Hi Glory69,

Just to clarify, the Tine Rake dethatcher works great on a walkbehind or stand on mower. That's a very popular combination.

It's the Hooker aerator that I would recommend only on mid-mount ZTRs due to traction requirements. You could also use a 48"+ stand on machine since they typically have larger drive wheels. The whole idea is to have great maneuverability which increases your overall productivity.

Give me a call if you have any questions.
