I have this customer and i got her for about 7 months. I do her lawn 4x/ month. she has a juniper shrub, I believe is a sea green, but not 100% sure. Well It was shaped like an egg, but now its like the outsides of the shrub are falling to the sides and its no longer shaped like it used to , now theres like a big space in the middle.. How can i get it back to its shape? do I trim it a lil? and then maybe wrap it with something?
I just started my business last summer. I dont want her to fire me cause i dont know a lot about plants and shrubs yet. But this is how you get that knowledge.
    Anny body ?/
    thanks for your help.

Pictures would help, has it been very dry, what kind of exposure does the plant get sun, shade, both. Need more info. if you can provide it.

It looks kinda dry from the inside, but the outside looks good and green. Its outside and it gets a lot of sun. I assume it gets some shade, cause its right next to the wall.
I never trimmed it, since she only wanted me to worry about the lawn. and sorry, but i havent got a pic yet. thanks for your time.

Has there been any recent distrubance to the area around the plant that might have destroyed some of its roots? Is there any fungus present on the needles or branches? It sounds to me like its probably just an issue with the juniper not getting enough water, possibly an easy fix with a hose and maybe some fertiler.

Yeah that's normal, it will come back, maybe a little water would help.
