    I was wondering what laws pertain to using organics?. In order to apply any product that controls a pest it must be a registered pesticide with PMRA here in Canada. So if an organic product that is being sold to a customer to control a pest is it not actually a pesticide? I checked the PMRA site and found that corn gluten is a registered pesticide. So how does an organic company who uses it advertise or market there services as pesticide free? Or use the word "safe" and "environmentally friendly" when the words cannot be used in conjuction with a pesticide product? Here is a link to an article from PMRA http://www.pmra-arla.gc.ca/english/pdf/dir/dir9602-e.pdf');

    Please help me understand what the laws are regarding selling an organic service.
