Just got a bid request from a 7 different communitys

    Ha...checked my email today and I had a request to bid on 7 different large townhome propertys ..they want mowing,edging,mulch,flowers,fert and weed control and snow removal...If I can land off of them Ill be set for 2008

    Good Luck! Some people hate communities but I love them! Make sure you have a late payment clause, or when funds get low your bill goes to the bottom of the pile.

    only advice is get a few residentals too... you keep residentials more then a year

    next year you will have to lock the townhouses down again

    I have a few small communitys... they work out great... but its just maintenance... hard upselling anything else

    I hope you lock them down

    Well thanks for the advice..Yea I am still going to market to residentials. The late payment thing will be a must. even if I only get a couple of them it would be a good start for me and if they pay on time it would be a good monthly payment, any and all advice is welcome tho!!!
