I just purchased the JD 950 31hp Kawasaki. Did not get the MOD or convenience package but I did have them throw in the Suspension kit a long with the Stripe kit, got it all for 10500 + tax.

Thought it was a pretty fair deal for both parties, looking forward to trying it out now

Great choice!!!! Same machine I purchased a few weeks ago!!!! Enjoy, you will love the suspension seat fo sho....:cool2::drinkup:
Oh, should have just built the stripe kit like I did... $30 compared to $330 and you don't have to take the rear anti-scalping wheels off either!!

I got the 60" deck, they were asking 10500 without the suspension seat and stripe kit, I thought it was fair if they installed those for me for the same price.

I did not realize they will need to take off the rear anti scalp wheels.
Wonder how long the bearings will last on the roller stripe kit.

GGsimons... here is a link to a pic of my striping kit that I made, real simple... I used to have a metal roller kit on my old toro and I couldn't stand running over rocks, irrigation heads with it, got kind of annoying.. not the slickest thing for hopping curbs either, pretty sure mine was beant by the end of the season but I sold the machine and never really looked at it too closely!!

Love the powerchute... believe it was $300 plus $30 for shipping, something like that... now I'm trying to fabricate a way to mount my trimmer to the 950..
