I am trying to get my company going this month we had a bad storm up here in Ma took out a bunch of trees out here so I decided to start my company this month figuring I could pick up some tree removal and fall cleans to take me into the snow. I pick up my ins already cover. But I have only landed one job so far and I am having trouble landed more. I have sent out a few estimates for jobs this month but for some reason I was only able to close the deal on 2 of them. Just looking for some advice about ways to get more facetime with people so I can get more estimates out there so I can get some more jobs on the books. Any help would be great.

Flyers, maybe offer gutter cleaning...they do need to be done before the snow. I used to live in VT and in NH and always made sure my gutters were clean. Offer it at a low price and then up sell your services for Spring..etc etc.
New to this business but just my thoughts.
    Good luck to you.
