I have a Dixon that a customer brought in with engine problems. He released the freewheel screws. Now when I screw them back in, it’s like they are still out. It rolls freely & won’t move. He had them out quite a ways. Would that damage something? I took one of them the rest of the way out & don’t see damage. Is there something that could get out of place?

I would appreciate any help you can give. I can’t find any parts breakdown or manuals for them anywhere.

Got a call from zeroturnman on this topic. He was very helpful. Had me clean the relief valves & seats & torque them to proper specs. Worked great! He knows what there is to know about these pumps. Thanks Zeroturnman!

Tuff Torq Kanzaki DUP10 DUP13 this is where you release the hydro pumps. It has one on both side. Turn it 1/4 turn out to release. It torques to 61 inch pounds. NOT FOOT LBS! This is so you don't break a shaft while moving the mower. Call or message for free support
