Does anyone know I can keep my current business name that is registered as an Sole Prop. but opperate under an LLC form of business?

I ask because a company in my area already uses the same name as mine but opperates under an LLC, so I can't switch over.

I have invested way to much time, energy and money into my branding to switch my name now.

    What can I do?

I did'nt think about adding to the name... thanks for the input.

Is there any way to somehow run the sole prop as a subsidiary to the LLC but still be covered under the LLC form if the need arises?
