Keeping Up

    What do you guys do to keep up with which customers have gotten or need to have work done. Especially reoccuring customers and then fitting in new contracts. Im small now to where I have it filed and in my head, but i need a better system because im getting more and more busy. Thanks

    I'm from chesapeake, glad to see ya, if your a small company use a notebook and as your company gets bigger use a computer system like gopher graphics or quick books. Using a notebook will help you learn how to schedule weekly visits on a regular basis before getting to advanced. This year is most llikely going to be a great year with all the warm weather.

    I started using it last year. It is the cheapest I've seen. I will probably be upgrading to something that will do more for me, this year but for the price and for organization, it is hard to beat for smaller LCO's.
