That doesn't sound cheap? I am paying 8.99 for a quart from one of the shops in town.

I can get a case (12 quarts) of Amsoil Saber 100:1 for $103.80 Canadian, plus shipping (about $10). The problem is that that would last me about ten years. A case of 12 8oz bottles is $40.80 plus shipping ($7) - would last me five years!

I'm a dealer in southern Ontario myself. I just found that with three vehicles and several misc. equipment on the side it saves me 100's a year in oil expenses.

I forgot to mention that Dealers CANNOT sell on Ebay, or they'll revoke your membership rights to get the discount. Unless that's changed. I'd be leery of people that advertise a bulk amount of Amsoil online. His feedback seemed OK, but you might get hosed. Be careful if you go this route. It's best to contact a local dealer anyway, they can generally give you the best price around and at minimum shipping.

I have seen a few of these deals also, and often wondered how they can afford to sell it for less than dealer cost, since that is not a sustainable business practice. You sometimes see the same sort of stuff on Craigslist.

I know of one legit possibility; I have picked up some for below cost because some local guy bought a lot of equipment, parts, and supplies at an auction from a shop that closed down. He was not an Amsoil Dealer, and was selling it on Craigslist. Like 360ci says, If you are a Dealer trying to resell on Craiglist or eBay or something like that, expect an email from Amsoil requesting you to stop.

Just my experience.
