Hey guys I'm deciding between the km 94 or the km 131 kombi engines. Mainly to be used for tall hedges.

I was wondering if anyone had any experience with these tools and if I should be weary of the km 131 being similar to a 4 stroke engine.

I like the response and power of my 131.

will it be used as anything else? Bed redefiner, edger, power broom? If yes, then the 131 is very necessary. If no, then the lighter 94 would be better for doing predominately hedge trimming. Though they are only 1 pound off. Other than weight... the 131 is a beast and quite nice. Just have to adjust the valves after a little bit. Nothing hard, might take 10 minutes if you are slow.

I can't used a 131 and as mentioned above they are powerful machines, if you are doing lots of tall hedges you will want to balance power with weight, because the 131's are heavy. But they are the most powerful commercial grade still kombi unit.
