Kohler cv20-s on Exmark TT- floods when shut off- solenoid issue?

    The needle seat could need cleaning/ burnishing. I use a bit of scotchbrite pad on a small plastic "screwdriver" type thing inserted in bore and twisted 'till nice and clean/ shiny. You could use a piece af popsicle stick. A piece of brillo pad may work if no scotchbrite. Or mayhaps a bit of very fine sandpaper kinda balled up. Or ya might could try a Q-tip/ valve grinding compound. I use the 'ol scotchbrite pad, works great.
    Could be a cracked float gas logged. I dunno if the float height is adjustable.

    Not familiar with that model engine but there's usually a corresponding seat(Viton) was that replaced along with the needle.

    Never mind that, just saw Big Fish response no Viton seal.
