I have a 2013 scag tiger cat with a 27hp kohler command pro. It has been using oil really bad and I can't pin point where it's coming from. Valve cover gaskets looked good but oil is all over the main frame. Where do I start? Please help!

Clean it and watch it. Points of interest are: oil cooler hoses, area above oil filter, area of starter motor
After that anywhere on the sump. Then the upper part of the engine. You have to get an idea where its coming from first, then concentrate on that area. Breather gaskets leak with pressure. Meaning it could pump a lot of oil out in a short period of time.
But first clean the engine. Clean.

I would add, ya should pop the shroud off and clean the fins, etc. Leave it off, and run it fer a short while. See what you can see.
