kubouta zd326..bushings on front deck wheels breaking??

Has anyone else had trouble with front deck wheel bushings breaking on these mower or others? Do most other mowers have plastic bushings in the front deck wheels also. Mine are adjusted to the proper height and we are careful not to bump or nudge anything with them. Just curious..also we grease the wheel approximately every 10-15 hours..

No, I have to assume first that we're speaking of caster bushings which I do believe one or two may have broken in all of 10 years but mine are made of brass, they also cost $5 or so each (plus shipping) and hope you ordered up the right ones lol, but I think you're on track with the grease.

I should have clarified..Yes, these are the caster wheels, not the stationary middle wheels on the deck. I bought new wheels from the dealer for $21.95, but because the wheel had rubbed the bolts and created an indent on it, I had to buy new Kubota shoulder bolts which were $15 ea.

. Turned into a $75 repair. I wonder if any other brand of caster wheels with metal bushings would fit this deck. :usflag:
