I'm putting together a business plan for next spring. My plan will be about 75% mowing and want to do some landscaping & landscape maintenance to fill in the remaining time. If all goes well the residential mowing will produce around $70-75/hour based on one man hour(2 lawns x 35=$70) Could I expect to bring in that kind of labor rate in my soft scape installations or landscape maintenance jobs?
