my Caterpillar 257 multi terrain loader. Great machine. would suggest anyone looking at a new skidsteer take a look at either Caterpillar or ASV. These things go where skidsteers would dream.
1999 Mitsubishi Fuso FK dump truck. we bought this thing in january with 29,000 miles on it. This thing is a beast of a truck and turns on a dime. I am much happier with this truck than any personal or commercial vehicle I have ever owned. Now we just need to paint the dumpbody black or dark blue.
I can only dream to do work like that. Nice work!
Dreams can come true. If you think you'd enjoy building these kinds of things, but don't know how, you should check into a local community college for classes, or since you're just starting your company, maybe should continue with your company part time and get a full time job with a local landscape contractor up there. Learn on their time and then in a year split away when you get enough confidence to do so. You can even go to different seminars offered by paver manufacturers and at trade shows. The profits are definitely better (as far as I can tell) than maintanence. Maintenance is nice to complement the install with steady cash flow (we don't have any maintenance jobs though). It's definitely more interesting working on these projects, designing them and completing them.
Let me know if you have any questions about the landscape construction side of the business.
