A little history, a new subdivision is going in directly accross the street. They had to widen the road in front of me for a turning lane, they filled in my ditch and built a curb, they were supposed to smooth my yard and plant grass, but no work was done here in months. I'm on a 6 acre farm, and the house sits back 400 feet.

I've been working on my patio, digging up sod, and wheel barraling it down to the front the last couple weeks. I firgured I'd try to build a little burm with trees at the end of my driveway with the pile of sod I dug up. Well yesterday, the landscape company took my dirt pile (sod chunks and other junk) and spread it out at the curb. The wife tracked 'em down, and they brought me a couple yards of unscreened black dirt, so I'm happy. I'm wondering if I should be concerned about the crap they spread to plant grass on.
