Let's get some examples of the steps taken with late payors and deadbeats.

At contract signing, customers are explicitly told bills go out on the first and payment is due on the 15th.No exceptions

Step one-service is cut, late fee applied, customer gets a phone call and e-mail if e-mail address is on file. And a friendly letter is mailed out. Many times the customer has forgotten to send in the check, went on vacation, got extremely busy etc, and just made an honest mistake.

Step two-a friendly call and letter mentioning phases like, lien, credit bureau ,most cases when they read and hear these particular phase’s and wordings, they get the money in fast.

Step-3 Letter, phone call, e-mails and a personal visit to recite the actions that will be required and taken. Many times the personal visit works like a charm.

Step-4 all legal options and actions and reports are taken.

Special case step-This step is referred to as the hardcore deadbeat phase, these people owe a good chunk change. These types get a special collection notice from the firms of Goldstein, Caber, and Hammer and the legwork firm of Leroy of the south side of Chicago.
