It’s illegal to bury pets in your yard where we live.

If they're older or not able bodied I'd dig the hole for them at no charge.

As long as it wasn’t a big animal that would actually take work and I was there anyway I’d do it for free. I’ve been contacted about bringing my backhoe to burry a horse. They wanted it done the same day which I couldn’t manage so I lost that job.

I am the sextant at our local cemetery.
    I've buried dozens of humans.
Probably 60 cremations in the past 10 years. 40 bucks a hole.
People dieing to see me. ;)

I don't know. Seems kind of sweet the customer trusts and respects you that much to ask your help with a loved one. I definitely would not charge, and you would probably have a friend for life.

It was actually a few months ago and I gladly obliged at no charge. It's nice just to be nice especially when someone is in need.

Dig a hole for a tree...
Dig a grave for a pet...

    Same process....same price. ;)

Digging holes is usually easy money. Don't forget to get paid to fill the hole back up. Two charges here one to to dig it and one to fill it.
